Well, I'm adding my weightloss progress onto this blog, so I will be blogging everyday now. Aaron and I are planning on trying for another baby at the end of this year, and I would like to lose at least 20 pounds by then. I want to be as healthy as I can before we start trying. I also need to get my weight down to avoid developing Diabetes. I am at high risk for it since I had it in my last pregnancy. So, join me as I embark on this journey. I will weigh in every Wednesday. I will be posting other blogs on here of friends that are joining me in my journey. It will take a little time to get that going since I'm still learning how to use this thing. ;o)
Tomorrow is weigh in!!! First Day of the battle of the bulg! I'm counting calories, since that is the only thing that has truly worked for me. I started last week actually, and lost 6 pounds. I have 20 more to go to get to my first goal. Ultimately I want to lose about 70 pounds, but, I will have to wait for the rest until after we have our next baby.
