Weigh In Wednesday!

Well, I weighed in this morning, and I have gained about 2 1/2 pounds since we started this. Not quite as bad as I thought it was going to be, but not the greatest either. Anyway...I started my detox this morning, and that should get me back on track. That's how I started this diet the last time, and it really worked great, and helped me FEEL like continuing on. It's a great start to any diet. I lost 4 pounds the first day last time. It pulls all the water out of the fat cells, and gets rid of a lot of water weight. Of course I will have to pee a lot today, but, that's ok.

I'm glad to be actually doing something with my diet now. Whole heartedly this time.

I'm thinking of making some sort of chicken dinner tonight. Or maybe pork chops. Can't wait!

Hello Jamie! You can do it! Put your heart in it and go for it will all you have! There are going to be ups and downs but whatever you do.....don't quit--keep going--that is the key! And make it so there are more downs than ups and everything will work out! Hugs.
