Weigh In Wednesday!

Sorry I have been MIA for the past few days. Just really busy w/ kid stuff. Homework, soccer games, you name it! ;o)

Well, I'm down a pound since last week! I started exercising this week again. I used to exercise so much when I lost weight at the beginning of the year, and I really got out of doing it. I have done something every day this week so far. My goal is to do something at least 5 days a week. Before I quit working out, I was at the point where I could almost run 2 miles. That is HUGE for me. I HATE running, and have never in my life been able to run even a quarter mile. I want so badly to get back to that, but, that was when I had my Mother in law's treadmill to run on. I don't have that here, so we are looking into getting one soon. I really enjoyed running! I LOVE walking, which is partly what I do right now. I rented a "Crunch - Cardio Dance Workout" video. I love it! It kicks my butt, but it's so fun because I love to dance. Makes it not seem so much like work.

Is everyone using SparkPeople? That has been such a big help to me. I love it!!

Jamie--I have not been using sparkpeople, but if I had known about it in the beginning I would have....I'm just use to my own log and system now. But I have to say I'm so impressed that it was way better than WW and it is FREE! I think it would be great motivation to get people moving in right direction.
