I just did one of the Calorie Programs on my treadmill. WOW!!! Very intense. Lots of running. I made it through, but had to slow down every little bit. I was surprised how well I did though. I can't wait until the day that I can make it through without feeling like I'm going to drop dead right there on the machine and roll back onto the floor! ;o) I have been very good with my eating (especially since I had the flu and didn't eat much for a day and a half). I actually lost 4 pounds that day I was sick. I think I gained back 1 pound, but I'm trying to not gain anymore back and keep losing instead. I want to look half way decent this summer. I want to be able to wear shorts and a t-shirt and not feel like a freak. All the people I hang out with are really thin, so it just makes me look that much fatter. I can't stand it! I am determined to lose this weight.

Oh Jamie--I so hear you, I'm so fat, I'm embarrassed to even leave the house, let alone even THINK about wearing shorts
